A Message From Rabbi Sydni
Rabbi Sydni and our President, Dave Ginsburg, will both be out of town, celebrating Thanksgiving with their families, in the coming week. Please excuse their absence from the office and reduced availability for communication. Please enjoy your holiday with gratitude to family, friends and loved ones!
From Thursday-Monday, March 19-23, 2020, Rabbi Sydni's previous congregation, Ohr Shalom Synagogue of San Diego, California, will be visiting us in Shreveport. While most of our visitors are comfortable staying in a hotel, some have inquired about home hospitality. Please contact Rabbi Sydni as soon as possible if you would be willing to offer home hospitality to one or two people for that weekend.
Some chevra kadisha rethinking is in the making. Please let Rabbi Sydni know if you would like to be part of the process.
